What data this website keeps and who can see it
This policy covers bubblegubble.com, the website where we present Bubble Gubble. We keep the minimum necessary, and we want you to know exactly what that is, who can see it and how long it is kept.
What we keep
- The contact form: your first name, your surname, your work email, your organisation and, if you tell us, your role, how many people would take part, in how many countries and what you would like to achieve, together with the date and time you sent it and some technical data the form keeps with it: the IP address, the browser and the page you are writing from. We only use it to reply to you and prepare a proposal, and we keep it for no more than one year from your last message.
- Form emails: when you write to us we send you a confirmation email, and we receive a notice with what you wrote. Both are sent from our own server.
- The security check on the form: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not by a bot. To do so it processes technical data from your browser and your IP address; it does not set advertising cookies.
- Delivering and securing the website: Cloudflare receives your IP address to serve the website and protect it from attacks, and our server logs attempts to log in to the site's administration.
- Your preferences: the language you choose is stored in a cookie, and the text size and high contrast from the accessibility button are stored only in your browser: they never reach us.
- Analytics, only if you accept it: if you click Accept in the cookie notice, Google Analytics records, under a pseudonym, the pages you visit, where you came from, your type of device and your approximate country, so that we know how many people visit the website and what they read. If you do not accept, it does not load. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice about analytics at any time from the Cookies link in the footer.
Cookies on this website
- wp-wpml_current_language: remembers your language. It is needed for the website to work and does not ask for permission.
- _ga and _ga_S61WJ1JS1P: from Google Analytics. They are only set if you accept analytics, and they last one year. If you withdraw your consent, they are deleted.
- Your choice in the notice: stored in your browser, not in a cookie, for one year. It never reaches us.
Who can see it
Only the Training Games team, to answer your request. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Who is responsible for your data
Training Games, S.L. (tax ID B61429353), with its registered office at Parque Empresarial La Finca, Paseo del Club Deportivo 1, building 4, first floor, 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid, Spain), entered in the Madrid Commercial Register, volume 25124, folio 157, section 2, sheet 452488, is the controller of the data on this website.
Who we work with
The website relies on technical providers processing data on our behalf: hosting runs on Hostinger (France, European Union), which also sends the form emails from our server; Cloudflare serves and protects the website and provides the security check on the form; and, if you accept analytics, Google measures visits with Google Analytics. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. Deletion is real: your data is removed from our systems. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
